Do I need to have countertops in prior to installation?

While it is not always necessary, we do recommend that countertops are in, electrical/plumbing is trimmed out and live so that we can fully install and test each appliance to ensure they are working properly.

How far ahead do I need to schedule my installation?

For larger projects we recommend scheduling ahead a far as you can to hold a spot in the schedule.  For smaller jobs we typically try to keep availability and can typically accommodate a 3-5 day lead time.

How should I prepare for my installation?

While our well-trained technicians do all the heavy lifting it is advisable to clear a path for the installation team in order to avoid trip hazards.  This would involve setting aside throw rugs, toys and any other loose items.  In addition, for the safety of your pet and our installers it is suggested that your pets are secured.  If you are having your old appliances uninstalled and hauled away they should be emptied.
