Who are we?

CMR Installation is an established appliance installation company with a work history in the Denver and Colorado Springs area for over nine years. Founded in 2007 by Colorado Springs native, Terry Buteyn, our company specializes in standard and high end appliance installation. We work with established appliance distributors along the Front Range including Mountain High Appliance, Ferguson, BAC and Roth Distributors to name a few.

Our company employs over 20 employees from lead installers to installation assistants. We are firm believers in training up those with our ranks to take on positions of leadership as their skill set demonstrates that they are capable and willing.

What do we do?

We are first and foremost an appliance installation company. We work with standard kitchen and laundry appliances as well as built in and pro model appliances including SubZero, Wolf and Thermadoor. We take care to train each of our employees regarding the protocol of installing and transportation of these appliances both for the safety of the employee and the unit itself. Our facility in Colorado Springs is set up to receive and warehouse cabinetry that is later delivered to the jobsite by our company.

We are dedicated to the belief that customer service should always be our #1 priority and we strive to go above and beyond in cleanliness, customer education and satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

Whether you have ten years of appliance experience or none whatsoever and are willing to learn, we expect you to jump into working with our company with an all-in mentality. An employee of CMR should have a strong belief in ethics and honesty and a willingness to go above and beyond in customer service and respect for the customer they are serving. They should come to the job with a willingness to learn and work in tandem alongside their coworkers, taking instruction as it is given. Employees enter into an understanding that they will work on a jobsite until a job is done as far as it is in their power, even outside of the normal working hours of 8-5. Overtime is paid.
